No — that’s what we’re here for. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build consistency at a pace that’s safe and sustainable.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and water. If you have any braces/supports you normally use, feel free to bring those too.
What if I have injuries or medical limitations?
