Ashley Nichole Tribioli-Allison

Owner & Specialized Trainer

Ashley Nichole Tribioli-Allison is the owner of Just Move ICT and the founder of New Dawn Co., a nonprofit dedicated to providing free and reduced fitness services to individuals living with medical challenges. As a certified personal trainer, ultra runner, business owner, and mother of three, Ashley brings both professional expertise and deep personal compassion to everything she does.

Her passion for inclusive fitness is deeply personal. As a mother to a child with autism, Ashley understands firsthand that every body moves differently — and every person deserves access to strength, support, and community. That perspective has shaped the culture of Just Move ICT into more than a gym; it’s a safe, welcoming space where people of all abilities and backgrounds can grow stronger together.

Ashley believes movement is medicine — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether she’s coaching clients, leading community programs, or advocating for those facing medical challenges, her mission remains the same: to help people build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.

Through Just Move ICT and New Dawn Co., Ashley is committed to creating a community where no one is overlooked, everyone is encouraged, and every victory — big or small — is celebrated.
